I am advanced instructor of Hipopressive Method (created by Marcel Caufriez) since 2012. Since then, I teach it focusing in prevention. Therefore, I collaborate with pelvic floor physiotherapists to whom I refer the cases requiring health care.
Classes usually are private and tailor made to provide best quality and comfort. Anyway I also offer courses to very small groups (2 or 3 people maximum) in the city center.
