Childbirth and movement<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”40″]
The goal of the childbirth classes I offer is that you can live your pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum in a relaxed, conscious, positive and confident way<\/strong>.<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”20″]
The idea is to offer your partner practical tools to support you during the distinct phases of childbirth so that you feel safe and protected<\/strong> at all times. I also want you to have sufficient knowledge for you to feel like your owning everything that happens.<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”20″]
I use the method known as Childbirth and Movement. I\u2019m professionally trained and authorized in this bodily method devised by N\u00faria Vives.
